2025 BYLAWS

MEMBERSHIP:

• Dues are $650 for new members and $600 for returning members and are due by March 1^st, membership runs from March 1^st thru February 28^th.
• Includes spouse and children under 18 years old.
• No Guest allowed.
• No Refunds unless approved by President.
• A copy of your current hunting License must be provided to the President before you hunt the property for deer season.
• Membership is for the lease you choose.
  • Let us know if you would like to move to another lease next year to make sure it`s available.

HARVEST:

Deer totals are per member – NOT per lease! NO SPIKE RULE is club wide!

• Washington Co. Kill Regulations:
  • Bucks – Limit 2 – 4 pts on one side or better
  • Doe – Limit 3 (one of which has to be killed with a primitive weapon)
• Jefferson Co. Kill Regulations:
  • Bucks – Limit 2 – 4 pts on one side or better
  • Doe – Limit 3 (one of which has to be killed with a primitive weapon)
• Heard Co. - 140 Kill Regulations:
  • Bucks – Limit 2 – Georgia regulations except for --- We let SPIKES WALK!!
  • Doe – Limit 3 (one of which has to be killed with a primitive weapon)
• Heard Co. - 268 Kill Regulations:
  • Bucks – Limit 2 – 4 pts on one side or better
  • Doe – Limit 3 (one of which has to be killed with a primitive weapon)
• Heard Co. - 455 Kill Regulations:
  • Bucks – Limit 2 – 4 pts on one side or better
  • Doe – Limit 3 (one of which has to be killed with a primitive weapon)
• The following Harvest Rules / By-Laws are Club wide:
• Spouse can kill one buck and one doe
• Child can kill one buck (same rule as adults) and one doe.
• Family membership will have a maximum 6 deer total, 3 bucks and 3 does.
• All deer harvested must be reported to President / Vice President via picture and posted on the Kill Sheet.
• NO SPIKE RULE, a SPIKE kill will cost you $200, any other illegal kill will result in a $100 fine.
  • A button head is an illegal kill only if killed on a buck only day.
    • Any other time it is counted as an antlerless deer and will be considered same as a doe.
  • A BUTTON is not a SPIKE.
• Repeat offenders could lose their membership.
• Remember – No Refunds.

STANDS:

• Safety issues will determine distance between stands / area.
• Stand / Area must be marked with name and year, UPDATED YEARLY BY JUNE 1^st.
• Each member gets one permanent stand / spot on one property only and a roaming spot that will allow you to hunt a spot on a temporary basis.
• A board or car tag of approximately the same size, painted orange with black wording with your name, phone number, and current hunting year season. Must be posted in your hunting area and must be completed by opening day of the season.
• Roaming spot will have a two-day limit then removed unless more time is pre-requested and approved by Club President.
• Must have written daily permission to hunt someone else`s permanent stand / spot.
• Spouse and children will hunt paying members spot / area only.
• DO NOT DAMAGE, CUT, RUN OVER ANY TREES OR USE NAILS OR SCREWS WHILE PUTTING UP YOUR STAND!

PIN IN BOARD:

• We use a magnet system.
• Members will mark your permanent spot on the board with your club supplied sticker with your initials on it, UPDATED YEARLY BY JUNE 1.
• Leave this sticker on the board unless you move your permanent spot.
• When hunting your spot place your magnet by the sticker.
• When roaming is used place your magnet in the proper area of the map, again leave your sticker on your permanent spot.
• Remove your magnet daily.
• No pinning in the night before.
• Children hunt their parents spot and will use parent’s magnet.

CAMPING:

• Camping allowed only in designated campsite.
• You can bring your camper / tent in two weeks before Bow Season and remove it by the end of Turkey season.
• Hunters are responsible for keeping camp and woods clean.
• LOUD Annoying Generators off by 11 PM.
• Store weapons properly.
• Fires are limited to camping area only. We prefer to use burn barrels.
• No campfires directly on the ground, dump barrels in the designated area.
• Be courteous of other members at all times.
• WASHINGTON CO.
• Electric Camp - No water. Only 12 sites w/electricity, we also have primitive sites available. If you occupy an electric site and don`t want or don`t pay for electricity you will be asked to move if someone comes in and needs an electric site. Electricity is only available for members for Deer Season. Power will be turned on Labor Day week-end and off one week after the close of Deer Season. The fee for electricity is $150.00.

FOOD PLOTS / BAIT:

• No stands / blinds allowed on CLUB planted food plots.
• Harvest your deer coming or going from the plots not on the plot.
• You can put in your own food plots with President’s approval and hunt them the way you want.
• Members ARE required to have some sort of mineral feeding station in their area such as mineral blocks, trophy rock, mineral supplements, etc. at least between February and May.
  • Stay away from products that mold up.
• One electronic throw corn feeder allowed per member, you may have multiple gravity fed ones.

WORKDAYS:

• There will be 2 scheduled workdays per year.
• You must attend each one or be fined $100 for each missed workday.
• We will try to limit these to half days if possible.
• Volunteer workdays may come up, but won`t count as a mandatory workday.

MISC. RULES:

• All State Game laws and State laws MUST be followed!!
  • Failure to follow laws can result in membership termination with No Refund.
• Anyone damaging, cutting, running over, limbing up or pulling up any NEW or OLD pines will result in immediate cancellation of club membership without refund! Period.
• All fines must be paid before returning to hunt.
• Stay in your stand at least till 10 AM unless you have a deer down or an emergency. This is just common courtesy to others hunting.
• Stand placement, scouting, filling feeders etc., limited between the hours of 12 and 2 pm during deer season.
• ATV`s stay out of the woods except for stand set up and take down and for deer retrieval.
• NO JOY RIDING ALLOWED. Keep ATV`s on roads and trails.
• No small game hunting allowed during deer or turkey season.
• There will be NO HUNTING of any kind allowed after August 1^st up until Bow Season begins each year.
  • This will allow the woods to settle down before deer season opens up.
• ATTENTION: NO NIGHT HUNTS ALLOWED DURING DEER SEASON. This includes HOG HUNTING!!
• No still hunts or deer drives allowed.
• No gambling, fighting, hunting with dogs or killing dogs.
• Killing coyotes is highly recommended.
• Treat property like it was your own, ONLY BETTER!
• Be courteous to neighboring properties.

• Follow all club and lease rules.
• Any violations could result in a fine, reprimand or termination of club membership.
• Membership can be cancelled by CLUB PRESIDENT at any time warranted.
• Remember: NO REFUNDS!
